Tara Lovesee is an Associate Broker with Champion Realty. She obtained her salesperson license in 2018 after a 20+ year career as a social worker. In 2020, Tara felt drawn to increase her knowledge & expertise in the real estate industry. With focus and determination, she met her goal of obtaining her Associate Broker’s license. Tara takes great pride in serving her clients to the best of her ability. She is confident, determined, dedicated, trustworthy, detail-oriented & motivated. She loves assisting both buyers & sellers in the real estate market to achieve their individual goals. From finding the perfect home for a first time home buyer to giving tips and guidance on preparing a home to a seller; she loves it all! In addition to her passion of working with clients; Tara also serves on the Western Nebraska Board of Realtors. She has served as a member at large and currently serves as a representative for Champion Realty. She serves as secretary of the Board. Outside of real estate, Tara serves as the committee co-chair for the Ambassadors for the Chamber of Commerce. This is a wonderful way to network and connect with local businesses in the area as well as support new/incoming businesses that are expanding our community! Serving on both of these boards has given Tara wonderful opportunities to help make connections and positive impacts on the communities we live in.
Tara has lived in the Scottsbluff/Gering area since her graduation from college. She fell in love with the area & raised her 3 wonderful children in the Bulldog/Bearcat community! Although her children are grown & moved away, she remains in the area. She has spread her wings through changing careers, traveling, visiting family, and honing in on her creativity! From the love of landscaping her own yard, refinishing cabinets & furniture, and having a “vision” of something that comes to life, the sky is the limit!
